I know everything happens for a reason, & sometimes we may not understand what the reason was, just like I dont understand why you were taken away from us. They say God chooses the most beautiful angels to go home, it must be true because youre home now. It gets harder as each day goes by without your silly phones calls & long talks about boys. Grandma must of been so excited to see you, especially since you passed on your alls anniversary. Im glad you all are together watching down on us, guiding us in life, & always smiling down on us. But, I miss you both so much! I guess you can say im kinda selfish because I want you both here with me.. im so glad you watched me graduate, but I would of loved for you to watch me walk down that aisle and hold your great grand child. Not one day goes by that I dont cry because your gone. You always made me smile and laugh all the time! And now I feel like a part of me has left with you. I know youre outta pain and no longer suffering, but Id do anything to see you and Grandma one last time.. you left so quick.. I didnt even get to say goodbye to either of you and it breaks my heart. Just know that I love you and Grandma, with all my heart and more. I posted this song because, well it explains itself, If Heaven wasnt so far away, I wouldnt hesitate to pack up and come see you both. Please watch over the whole family in this time of grieving. Youre one special old man to me pap, & always will be. Give Grandma and hug and kiss and tell her that I love and miss her so much.
