I know first hand how powerful it is when others pay it forward and come together to help families of those battling cancer. Our friend and cancer survivor @jamieeasonmiddleton is challenging us to push-ups! I was challenged by @brandanfokken and I nominate @hollmerc @kellemarsalis and @henlysmama I challenged with my sculpt and time class and for every 10 push-ups each participant did I donate $1 - we raised $60 and I did 40 push-ups ...then we did a great shoulder workout for 40 minutes!!
