I know how to fix the Redskins after their pitiful season. First hire a football GM who is young and hungry and put him in charge of player personnel. Keep Jay Gruden but fire Jim Haslett and replace him with someone like a Todd Bowles or Mike Nolan. Keep RG3, Kirk Cousins, and either keep Colt McCoy or bring in someone like a Shaun Hill or maybe Sam Bradford in to compete at QB. Keep both Alfred Morris and Roy Helu but find a small, diminutive back like a Darren Sproles. Keep the top 3 receivers, let Santana Moss retire, Id personally keep Leonard Hankerson for one more year but Im not sure. Jordan Reed and Niles Paul are a decent 1-2 tight end tandem but Id add a big, bruising blocker like a Heath Miller from Pittsburgh. Id keep Trent Williams and Kory Lichtensteiger but dump Tyler Polumbus and Chris Chester. Id sign Mike Iupati from the 49ers to replace Shawn Lauvuo at left guard. Id draft Brandon Scherff in the first round to play right tackle and let someone between Josh LeRibeus, Spencer Long, Morgan Moses, or Lauvuo emerge at right guard. Id keep Jason Hatcher, Chris Baker, and Barry Cofield but cut the rest of the defensive linemen. Id keep Brian Orakpo if he was willing to take a pay cut and retain Perry Riley, Keenan Robinson and Ryan Kerrigan, who I would re-sign to a huge extension this offseason. Id keep Bashaud Breeland and David Amerson in the secondary but restart at safety and bring in a decent corner. Id keep both Tress Way and Kai Forbath but upgrade at returner with an elite returner in the draft. Thats my way to fix the Skins, what do you all think?
