I know its Christmas but no doubt some Mancs have been on the sherry early this morning, either that or they are just dumb and deluded? I mean how can any1 seriously think Carrick is better than Gerrard? Lets forgot about the goals and assists because there is no comparison! Mancs are claiming Carrick is class yet they say Gerrard is shit or past it - Yet they both play a similar role these days deep in the midfield. So how can Carrick be class and Gerrard be shit when David De Gea gets MOTM nearly every week? Isnt Carricks job to help protect the back 4 and keeper? lol. I know Liverpool have conceded more goals but thats mainly due to Mignolet being shit and De Gea being in top form ( i bet man utd have had more attempts at their goal than Liverpool this season), hence David De gea getting the plaudits! Since Carrick has been back Utd have been outplayed by Stoke, Arsenal, Southampton and Liverpool (sorry if have missed a team out), and a few lucky wins where they have scored with only a few shots on target have got the mancs all giddy! Utd are getting outplayed in most games and conceding more chances at their goal in most games yet Carrick is class??? hahaha Its amazing how a few lucky wins can get these Mancs talking shite! Meanwhile at Liverpool, Gerrard is still bossing games and Liverpool are dominating the Midfield are we are creating chances for fun (just like at Old Trafford)... Only difference is Liverpool have no1 to put the ball in the net on a regular basis!! So pls stop all this Carrick nonsense, he is GARBAGE (F)
