I know its a bit late but Im gonna share anws. So, I just came home from watching The Fault In Our Stars with PB Wenna and here are my thoughts: - Great movie - But let’s be honest, scenes were cut - No references to Augustus’ ex - Gus rolled up in a limo to the Lancaster house but they should’ve went to his house to pick him up and hear his mom yelling at him. THAT WAS A REALLY GOOD FORESHADOWING SCENE IN THE BOOK THAT TOLD US THE CANCER WAS BACK - Ending was altered so that he could write Hazel a eulogy, rather than writing the book sequel. That was actually ok, but I’d still prefer the book. - The relationship between Hazel and Isaac wasn’t really established in the beginning so it only looked like they were friends by association through Gus - But for the most part it was really good - I cried like 6 times - Mostly during the pre-funeral Moreover, TFIOS is a grenade. And it exploded. It obliterated everything in it’s path and I don’t know how I’m ever going to recover from it. (I am emotionally shellshocked rn)
