I know its been a little while. Lately my mood has been more for listening than for sharing. Might be that Im just looking for some familiarity or comfort as I experience my day job closing up shop. The fact that its a long-running family business, and that Im a part-owner, is difficult. A lot of it is getting used to a different schedule, as well as losing the steady paycheck, and the uncertainty of whats next. Thank goodness for music, to help keep me grounded and sane. Now, we can all agree that, around here, its the music that matters the most, right? The source isnt always as important? Hopefully you believe that, as I do, because I acknowledge that this could set off a rather non-musical debate. It only takes one person, and one comment. As long as youre all cool with the concept of music ruling, give a listen to the Israel Defense Forces version of Hallelujah. Ive heard the song so many times, but never in Hebrew.
