I know its been a minute...The Trish is making really great progress with her recovery! She had a very bad day Monday, which prompted a conversation between me and the Nursing Supervisor. Tuesday was spent collecting apologies from the four corners of the hospital. Her surgeon is keeping her there for a week or two to let her incision drain properly, get her nutritionally sound, and work on regaining her strength. She has been doing really well with physical therapy, and is finally starting to eat some real food (that I bring from home), and looking good! GO TRISH!!
