I know its early but other than being woke up for a few routine things, I actually got about 8 hours of sleep and I feel really good right now. So far we still dont know to much at all. Olivia is in perfect health, she has a little umbilical cord issue but that shouldnt be a real concern. Theyre giving me steroids for her lung development, (she was 2.1lbs yesterday so I cant wait to see how much she weighs after these shots) and Im getting procardia every 6 hours for contractions. Its all still just a waiting game. From my understanding so far (from nurses) the c-section will take place quickly once my bleeds can no longer be controlled. Do to my Previa they wont check me, which is a great thing (Harlan tried and I refused) if they check for dilation with a Previa it can make matters 10x worse. And that nurse should have known that. Anyways Im here now and in much better hands. Dr. Campbell did say even if I go a few days without a major bleed, in his experience its nothing to trust. Once the bleeds begin (especially around my length in pregnancy) they dont exactly just stop. Im going to have them more than likely till she comes. Meaning Ill more than likely remain here until she comes. Thank you everyone again for all the prayer, I know we have it all over eastern Kentucky from Michigan to Florida and it means the world to us. Thank you for all the calls, visitors, and kind words. Olivia has such a wonderful family shes getting ready to come into.
