I know its not MX5 related but my familys damn french Pug 107 2008 has just broken down, had a look in the bonnet and the coolant tank is empty. All the coolant has been splashed all over the bay particularly around the water pump/alternator belt. Apparrantly the car was making a bad metallic sound for a while beforehand too. The alternator belt snapped and was changed a few months ago. Ive never had a water pump fail on me before, does this sound like the symptoms for it? And an MX5 picture required to balance the force!
