I know its really hard to submit yourself To your love ones to your elders those who has powet to command but those people had a purpose why do we need to follow them to be humble to them and submit ourselves wholeheartedly just like we do submit our life to the one who created us I know it can be case to case basis to swaloow our pride but definitely we cant do nothing but to surrender and not to criticize their skills nor their ability.
