I know many of my friends are health care professionals and Im sure you all mean well but since Im not prepared to take Dr. Sanjay Guptas word for it that theres no reason to have any concerns here about he outbreak, Im definitely not interested in a debate over the merits of my petition. It has NO DOWNSIDE - none. Actually READ it. SIGN and SHARE or dont (up to you) but stop calling me hysterical or commenting that we already have a plan, After consulting to almost every govt department federally and provincially, heading up a company for the #1 defense contractor in Canada, having traveled to Africa, having doing PhD level graduate work, having an ID thats not center of the bellcurve, speaking a few languages, and so on... Im not interested in nay-sayers without anything constructive by way of alternative(s). I am just not. Physicians and Nursing credentials dont have so much sway with me that I am willing to ignore reality and the reality is that this outbreak is deadly serious, spreading, and may already be here. I actually HOPE I am wrong to prepare for the spread here but I dont think I am based on observation... not reassurances. So if you want to do nothing, cool. I wont do that. Sorry. Im trying to do something constructive by demanding serious preventative measures protect us. Ill be deleting any and all comments that are attempts to bait me into a debate from now on. #peace
