I know many people who have been victimized physically and otherwise in terrible ways and suffered greatly. Fortunately, it seems all of those people I know have picked up where they left off and gone on to live their life, finding hope and light and seeking goodness, striving to meet their goals in life despite their past. These people have great courage and have developed great faith and become much stronger after their setbacks. If they offered their experience to try to help others, I would take them up on their offer and when I heard of other people who were going through something similar, I would refer the victimized person to them to communicate with in some way. It is not easy to rise up when you are a victim, but IT CAN BE DONE! If you are one of those people who have gone through such an experience and you are at a point in your life that you want to help others, let me know and I will refer you to others who need help. I believe that people who have suffered and risen can help others who are in similar circumstances.
