I know most people find my views on religion very peculiar and more often than not, outdated and contradictory to the words of Jesus. With that being said, these same people are curious as to how I study scripture and have come to know it and understand it as well as I do. Im not going to argue doctrine in this post, but I do want to share the primary tool Ive used for the last several years. I think Zach does a great job on explaining this tool and how to use it, so I highly recommend, no matter your religion or denomination using this tool in your bible study. There is one disclaimer I have to add that is troubling. Ive noticed with the updated changes they made to the B.L.B. theyve also updated some of their definitions to make them more Christian. For years the definition of Broma was defined as; Food that is deemed clean according to the Jewish dietary laws. Theyve since changed that definition to mean, basically anything you eat. Thats an error on their part because the Greek Lexicons still have the dietary laws as its definition and is the original proper definition of the word. For now, this tool is still one of the best ones out there, but it is slowly becoming more and more Christian doctrine friendly, which takes away from the whole point of studying the bible in its purest form. I hope you give this video a chance because itll teach you a new way to study the bible, allowing us to absorb mass information in the shortest and easiest way possible.
