I know my limitations. I wont become the next president of the United States. I also wont become a world class jockey. My career as a lawyer is most likely definitely not happening. And even if Id love to be 6 feet tall, I wont. I will never be a math genius or become a major threat to the pro league athletes in track and field. I know my genetics. I dont have a metabolism which allows me to eat tons of calories day in day out and stay lean. I also wont ever become the strongest chick on earth cause I wouldnt ever be ok with eating for strength and hence look chubby. Leanness is super important to me, but never that important Id sacrifice my health for it. The point is: know your goals, know your limitations. I am not saying you should settle, but you must stay honest with yourself. If youre 400 lbs overweight and you ask me if you can look like me in a few months... You are putting me in an awkward position, because what am I to say? No? And if you ask me can I look like you with my three days of training a week?, do you want me to lie? Its not about putting someone down, its about being realistic. Its great to have dreams, but goals are something attainable. Its not enough to want to achieve them, you need to have the right tools and use them. You cannot get the same body, same mind, same looks like someone else if youre not doing all there is to be done to get it. But even that is not enough. You should not compare yourself with anything but with that which is similar to YOUR situation. Its all about being your best, not being a copy of someone else. Get inspired but stay real, work to make YOU your best. And be realistic, just like I am about what I can do and wont do....
