I know my post can be very confusing and my daily life events can cause those looking from a distance to become concerned. I just read a panicked private message from someone that was a FB friend that I didnt know personally. I emphasis was as she unfriended me after her message. So for the sake of reassuring those of you from all over the nation who may or may not know me personally - I thought I better clarify what I do for a living. I own two businesses and am a licensed Virginia Realtor under a brokerage. Have been for (I think) 12 years or more. Hold that thought. I am a licensed Virginia Contractor that owns a Property Preservation and Repair company specializing in foreclosures. Hold that thought too. I have a rental property business in Virginia. Dont worry about that thought. This hat just means I am a whipping girl for the City of Richmond and other counties. I pay properties taxes. They beat me up because I own properties. Simple. So if you see me climbing in a window, drilling out a lock, crawling under a house or (in the worst cases) knocking down a door - it is NOT because I am a burglar. I promise. I am legally authorized to gain entry. If you see me walking thru a house other than my own and it appears that someone lives there...I am simply showing a property and I am (again) legal. If you see me crying and outside a courthouse - it is because the courts decided again that I was an evil doer by virtue of ownership of property and my expectation of receiving rent. I dont know if the person that went into full panic mode and unfriended me will see this - but if so....I promise. I am not dangerous. Except to myself.
