I know people are sick to death of hearing about Gaza. I can tell that by the number of ‘Likes” I get on anything that I post about it. My conclusion is, that people simply don’t know what’s going on otherwise they’d take the fraction of a second that it would take to hit the “Like” Button. Or better still hit the “share” button. That’s how Face book works, it’s not all about cartoons and family photos much as we’re charmed and captivated by them. Palestinians are being slaughtered in their own homeland by a Superpower nation equipped with multi billion dollar military equipment so sophisticated that they can pick a kid off the beach from 30,000 feet in the air using American made drones. (And it’s happening) Gaza, one of the last remaining fragments of Palestine land is being reduced to rubble by Israel in a final move to drive the Palestinians out once and for all. The resulting bombardment has created 400,000 homeless, thousands killed and injured, United Nation Humanitarian workers deliberately targeted and killed and all while the world condemns it but does nothing. Had this been an earthquake there would have been an outpouring of aid from every country in the world. America would have been first in there with an aircraft carrier in the Mediterranean supplying food, medicine, water, tents, hospitals and every conceivable humanitarian assistance available. (Like we did in Haiti after the earthquake) Hey! Obama was even prepared to go to war when Syria was committing genocide against it’s own people. So why the silence from the White House? Where are the relief workers, the Red Cross, Amnesty International and the United Nations? Homes are being turned to rubble, a violation of the “laws of war” Israel is saying that the Palestinians are using civilians as human shields. I seem to recall Palestinian kids being strapped on Israeli tanks as human shields. 70% of the casualties of this atrocity are innocent women and kids but that’s the whole agenda. I guarantee If America sent in one of their 11 aircraft carriers close to Gaza the Israelis would back down in an instant but sadly I can only conclude that (1) Countries are either being told to back off, or (2) They support the holocaust or (3) They’re afraid of Israel. Which one is it?
