I know plenty of people my age whos fathers were not in their life. I also know many women who have baby fathers who could care less about their children. Its very close to the anniversary of me and my husband Amir Quadeer Shakir losing our child Aaliyah and already dealing with enough. I know that God is a merciful God, full of Grace. Im praying that not too much more of this will go on. For the sake of Shakirah. Shes an innocent child who loves all of her parents. She doesnt deserve what’s happening in her life..Read below and watch the video...What do you say? We have not seen Shakirah in a month (3/21/14), prior to the month 95+ days since 12/15/14, yet she has been brought to our church in Cranston, Rhode Island consecutive Saturdays since February and mother takes the time to stalk us. She had a restraining order warning her not to attend our church in Cranston, RI which she violated on 4/26/14. Shakirah did not open her Christmas gifts until 3/21/14. She missed Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter holidays with us. Today the school notified us that Shakirah was not in attendance. She has been taken out of school EVERY Friday since 12/15/14. That would be 15 days of school missed on Fridays, coincidently on my husbands visitation weekends. The principal of the school testified in trial on 3/18/14 that this was indeed true. On 12/15/14 a hoard of Brookline police surrounded the school, babys mother lied and stated my husband had a restraining order against Shakirah and threatened her via school secretary. BTW secretary testified in trial 3/18/14 that there was no threat. She testified that my husband was about to report her missing since she was not at bus stop.....Back to Brookline....Police read paperwork and allowed my husband, Shakirah and I to leave with Shakirah. We tried to hide Shakirah from all of that, but her mother walked to the door of the car and Shakirah saw us leaving her birth mom with the police. She didnt even ask any questions. It has been EIGHT years since my husband has moved on with his life away from this woman, however she keeps popping up. Is this stalking? Is this parental alienation?
