I know sleep must be healing, I was Exausted after teaching yesterday am. Came home and rested, made some calls, worked on lesson plans, all things I can do from my couch without my neck brace on (I only have to where it when there is possibility I could fall) and barely stayed awake and was in bed asleep at 7:30 pm!! Slept till 6 this morning and woke with only minimum pain! Must have lots of you all praying for me because I am finally seeing a turn around in my healing. Thank you all for being so supportive of me!!
