I am the type of person that has to have someone telling me what to do or I wont get a good workout in. Buying my Beachbody DVDs is cheaper than paying for a gym membership + a personal trainer AND more convenient for me so I stick with them :) If I were to go to the gym I would probably feel a little lost!
