I know someone out there wants to support little ol me, one who volunteers for a living (*no real income since moving to India Jan, 24th 2010)... my 2009 MacBook Pro crashed hard earlier this week! not to mention my screen is cracked (since the past 2 years) and the screen is breaking at the hinge (since the past 6 months). after much research and testing, I have figured out my internal hard drive has failed - taking with it to the grave, thousands of dollars of software, I use daily - Adobe CS 5 (dreamweaver, flash, photoshop, illustrator, indesign), FCPstudio, Reason 5, Ableton Live, are my essentials - as most of my seva (volunteer service) done at Sri Santosh Puri Ashram and for various projects for Shree panchdashnaam juna akhara / Juna Akhara International via ascetics with cameras involves editing video, authoring DVDs, editing photographs, producing brochures / books / curriculum guides, developing websites, producing electronic music etc... so my quick fix is to replace the Hard Drive and pray to the Abundant Universe for software... or might there be a sugar daddy / momma out there interested in hooking up a sister (currently enrolled in a 3 month yoga teacher training at yoganga.org - for which I am expected to continue developing curriculum materials - with said laptop and software) with some donations, so I can replace the MacBook Pro itself?
