I know that I should turn the other check but I have one question for everyone to ponder. What if someone was talking crap on your child, spouse or someone you loved? What would you do? I do not have kids and feel as though One Spark is the child I never had and yes I will defend it and the work we do with my life. I do not like the fact that people spew what they say with a hidden agenda and in the name of love. I will not turn the other check when people are attacking or doing things that could harm One Spark. I do not believe Jesus would allow it to happen without drawing attention to the wrong that is happening. I remember that he got mad at the money changers in the bible. The next thing I want to say is to all that quote the bible about Matthew 6:2-4 New International Version “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, Ooo who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. Please look up what it is talking about because I can tell you that we are called to encourage one another and I will continue to do so. I can say this without a doubt...I am doing just what God has called me to do. I can tell you that if people did not post stories there would have been several people who would have given up. So with this said I often ask myself why do I do what I do when I have so many arm chair quarterbacks. Love David
