I know that having a moral foundation is vital to my well-being, to me being happy and content and having a meaningful life, I know its the necessary essence of my spirituality and my consciousness. The first basis of my moral is to be gentle and kind, and to never hurt any living being on purpose (unless its in self-defense or in the defense of someone unable to defend themselves). My second moral basis is to replace any ignorance of mine that I become aware of with understanding, and to redirect energy that I have spent on fruitless selfishness to the fruitfulness of being unselfish. Also I have decided that I no longer will let the pride of my ego get in the way of forgiving and letting go, I put my continuous effort into automatizing my moral values in my mind, to ensure that I am able to do and be my best, so that in the shadows of struggles I wont forget the warmth of the light I hold in myself.
