I know that most of my friends are aware that it has become my goal in life at this point , to spread Melanoma awareness,and that includes completely, the decor of my station at work..I talk to many customers a day about it,and help to shed light all the time on what it is,and how it works,as well as the fact that its DEADLY,and has become an EPIDEMIC.I know that all of my co workers are fully aware at how passionate i am ,and because of this, today when the boy from the tanning salon across the street(one that i was going to when diagnosed) came in offering deals to MICROWAVE YOUR BODY,and GET CANCER in their shop,you could have heard a PIN DROP,as well as a few gasps,and it was AWESOME!!!! then automatically we all did the ooohhhhhhhhhhh, you came into the wrong shop buddy ;) I said NOOOOO WAYYYYYYY, and when he asked why , i said because I HAD MELANOMA,and MELANOMA is the CANCER that is caused by UV RAYS,and that UV RAYS come from the sun ,and even more dangerous TANNING SALONS!!!!! Speechless pretty much was the boy,and politely turned around and said goodbye...I WANT TO GO INTO EVERY SINGLE TANNING SALON, HAND THEM PHOTOS,AND STORIES OF ALL OF MY "MELANOMA FAMILY",AND ALL OF THE BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WARRIORS THAT ARE GONE,AND SHOW THEM THAT TANNING WAS THE COMMON DENOMINATOR IN ALMOST EVERY SINGLE STORY,(INDOOR AND OUT)
