I know that much of what I post on here doesnt make sense, - TopicsExpress

I know that much of what I post on here doesnt make sense, especially if you were to do an internet search. You might find all sorts of posts by WebMD or Livestrong (and why are we taking our health advice from him? I have always wondered...), or ehow, or posts by other websites which are owned by people who do not know or do not want you to know the information you are truly seeking. I am here to tell you what I know. Not what I assume. And you will probably not find much to back up the info I give, but that doesnt make me wrong. It makes much of the information online corrupt, and you need to find sites that actually tell you the truth. One is GreenMedInfo. This is one of the few sites that actually tell you how to protect and heal your health. What I know personally about blood pressure is that there are many ways to lower it, without having to enslave yourself to a pill which does more damage than good. Blood pressure can also be greatly relieved by diatomaceous earth, Himalayan pink salt, vinpocetine, and other alternative means. Diatomaceous earth info here: earthworkshealth/human-use.php. (as you will see, d.e. also helps greatly with lowering cholesterol, and a ton of other ailments, as well. Himalayan pink salt info here: undergroundhealth/himalayan-pinksalt/ replace all white salt with it. I was going to put vinpocetine info here, but F.B. told me the (legitimate!) site I was trying to source was not allowed to be shared on here. Sad. It would have told you about the amazing effects it has on the cerebrovascular system, and is an amazing boost for brain blood flow and memory. There are more alternatives out there, but I think the d.e. and himalayan pink salt would be a fantastic addition to your daily routine. Work with your doctor if you are already on blood pressure medications and ask them to look into these alternatives. Hopefully you have a good enough doctor who will consider your suggestions and research it themselves. Buy your own blood pressure cuff (I cant even pronounce the real name for that gadget), or go down to the local drug store to see your numbers change. Watch for low blood pressure, because these alternatives are as strong as the medications, but much healthier. Take good care.
