I know that some of you with a Protestant background have grown up believing that Catholics are the bad guys. That one of the future popes will be the anti-christ. That was my tradition also. Things have changed dramatically! The Catholics have changed their doctrinal position to agree with Protestants on what it takes to be born again. Below is the link to their new statement on faith on this topic. Friends, dont worry about what you may not like about Catholic traditions that you dont agree with. The big issue Jesus said is to be born again. Other stuff may or may not change. Being a non-Catholic I have no say on their traditions and practices, just like it is not my role to speak negative regarding other denominations about policies and doctrines I dont agree with. I do get a say at Catch the Fire as that is where God has put me.
