I know that this is a VERY BIG ask and I feel so guilty for asking! Thank you Nigel for giving me permission to post this...!!! I am sorry if this offends anyone........ URGENT: If anyone could help please, I would be most grateful........ We now have 8 Hedgehogs, 3 of which are babies, they are too small to be let out, so we have built them pens up the garden and we are fattening them up for the winter. Non of the Hedgehogs are ill, just in need of water, food and TLC. If they were ill I would take them to the Hedgehog rescue centre that is local to us and she would take care of them... BUT, the expense of buying the feed and hay, fuel costs etc is costing far too much for us. I was wondering if any people would help by sponsoring the babies and getting them Meal worms, Dog food (Chicken in jelly), Raisins or Hedgehog food or Biscuits or even fruit such as banana, apple or grapes..... Paper Towels for cleaning little bottoms.... lol I know its a big ask but worth a try.......... Thank you so so much if you can help in any way!!! Please inbox me if you can help....... Some approx prices: Small bag Meal worms is £8 Large bag is £15 Hedgehog food is £8 Hedgehog Biscuits are £2 a bag (Wilkos online) Storage boxes (24Ltr) are £3 at Wilkos. we use these as feeding stations! and so it goes on :) Thank you for reading this post and ANY donations would be greatly appreciated.... as we seem to have become a rescue centre ourselves ....
