I know that we are not very popular with the HoAs, but in the short time that we have been going, street parking is at a minimum, garbage cans have lids and are being brought in earlier, sidewalks are being cleaned, dog waste is being picked up more and residents generally know more about whats going on. Sometimes, one has to be unpopular in order to benefit the community. What are your thoughts on this?
