I know there are MANY prep coaches out there but there are very few that I would personally trust. Besides Team Miller (Stephanie Miller and me) the list of those that I would personally recommend could be counted on my two hands. This post is to publicly thank Cliff Wilson (and Katie Wilson) for their help the last month or so of my prep. I fully, and whole-heartedly can recommend Team Wilson. Cliffs approach to prep and peaking is fully grounded in science (not bro-science) and his methods work. Most importantly though, Katie and Cliff are just all around great people and really care about their clients. As a coach, he definitely goes the extra mile in responsiveness and communication (one of my real pet peeves is a coach who is not super response for their clients). So if you are looking for a prep coach (in addition to contacting us :-)), Team Wilson is definitely where its at! Thanks again for helping me polish up my best package to date!.
