I know there are a lot of stupid people out there but this one just takes the biscuit! Travelling down a 60mph country road from my house when a landrover was going very slow.Noticed they were running their fat lab in front of the car. She pulled over to let me past so I stopped beside her and asked her if it was her dog and she replied Yes. Asked her if she every owned a lead and told her to get her dog off road. Went past her very slowly as dog was still running on grass verge and she continued to drive. I jumped out of my car, grabbed her dog and told her to put it in her car. Gave her a mouth full ( I did hold back on the swearing). What a wanker.
