I know there are several people who professional in their IT Work, but generally most: our Myanmar people are not enough to educated to built Successful Application, if we are compare with Thailand. I mean the skill-full people in Myanmar are very few amount when we compare with Thailand. ( That is true and we cant reject. It depend on our previous 20 years experience in education and political situation.) So, the things I want to say is our HR capacity in Myanmar is not enough to attract large Software Corporation like Microsoft, Google . May be most of SME Japan Company can interest in our IT industry: HR capacity. There are large amount of potential market in Myanmar. The 60 million population and 30 million mobile project, large amount of IT user can be born in Myanmar. Internet User, Game Player, Mobile User. I want to point: After finished 30 million mobile project, these market are boom. The large corporation, even they are not interest in to produce and developed their Software in Myanmar, they are interest to jump into the Myanmar market to sell their software. That why window8 added Myanamr font and keyboard, apple added Myanmar font, Google and Facebook came and met to our government leaders. In strategic view, If we want to developed our IT Industry market, just sit and wait (our government and these large corporation will do). But, if we want to developed our IT Industry HR Capacity, it is too late and we need to do everything as fast as we can.
