I know there have been lots of posts lately about police brutality. And obviously there are many more great, honest police officers than bad. Still, exposing corruption is essential to keeping power from being abused. It goes without saying that if you dont cooperate you are asking to be made cooperative and its probably fair to say that in most instances this might be the case. But Id really like to know, how is it acceptable that police officers hit people once they are handcuffed, lying on the ground, or otherwise seem to be complacent? Am I missing something?
