I know this guy and have no personal issue with him. I post this only because it is a PRIME example of the way the Justice sytem treats We the People and how the system of JUST US hides the crimes of those sworn to uphold the law. We all break the law, we all make mistakes, we all forgive. This IS NOT about that.... this is about the disease that is eating away our society as a whole... political corruption and opression under color of law! EVERYONE knows about the DUI, the underage female, etc. When you close ranks and protect the thin blue line at all costs your integrity as a whole comes into question. We do not trust our police, we do not cooperate with our police without offer of incentive or threat of use of force. While this is one bad apple in the bunch, when you cover it up, when you lie, and when you refuse to shine the light justice onto the truth, you weaken not only yourselves and your department, but the very image of police protection everywhere. The public sees you all as armed revenue generators performing the whims of your elected masters, not serving WE the People. My question to this page and all area police officers is thus: What are you going to do to increase community relations and restore the public trust in your badges? We KNOW this was one bad apple but when all the good apples do nothing to make this issue public in the same way you treat every other criminal, you are just as rotten as the rest of the basket!
