I know this is a long shot but this horse deserves a chance. I have been training Capriole for the EMM in Ft. Worth this weekend. I withdrew him due to the following injury :( 2 weeks ago he came up lame on the right rear. Have no idea what happened. Initial trip to vet was that he just sprained his ankle. 5 days rest and a steroid injection in that ankle and he still short steps at a trot. X-ray shows small bone chip from collateral ligament strain. Vet recommends 3 months off but would prefer 6 months rest. No guarantee that he will be sound even after resting him. This is the kindness, most willing, biggest hearted Mustang I have ever trained. I hate to send him back to the BLM but I already own 6 mustangs. If you would be willing to take a chance on this guy and want more information on him please let me know. He is 4 yrs old and from Eagle, NV. I will be returning him to Pauls Valley, OK on Monday the 22nd if nobody can help him.
