I know this is gonna piss a few people off, but after 19 years working in kitchens I have to say its not the customers food I want to spit in, no, its the servers. They truly are the hardest to please. Youd think cause they work with you everyday theyd understand how hard our job as cooks is. If Ive got sweat pouring off of me its probably not a good time to ask me to make you something special, argue with me, or anoy me. Youd think this would be the one group that would understand and make it easy on us, but its just not the case. If I saw someone busting ass Id have enough respect for them to leave them be, then come back after the dinner rush and order something easy. There are many nights I dont even cook myself dinner because Im cooking employees food till the last minute. Restaurant workers truly are the worst customers. :/
