I know this is lengthy, but has to be said..As some of you may know, I had a serious foot injury just a couple days into 2014 that disabled me from walking for the first six months of the year. During that time, not only was I struggling to do daily functions, but my wife was struggling to take care of our 2 month old daughter, myself, and also our home and business. Not being able to help out around the house, with the baby, and wondering if I was going to have a job once I finally healed was frustrating and not an easy pill to swallow. But through it all, we found a way to make it work and I can honestly say that it brought us closer together and definitely made us stronger as a couple. As determined and optimistic as I was, there were still a couple of weak moments where I was angry and discouraged. But it didn’t take me long to realize that those negative moments would get me nowhere and decided to harness that energy and use it to stay hopeful and driven. And today, I’m stoked be able to say that I’ve finally healed enough to get released to go back to work. For everyone that helped me, my family, and our business in any way shape or form… THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. If you are ever in need of anything, I am in your hip pocket. And Thank You especially Anna Theriot for taking the bull by the horns and getting us through this. I know that stressful doesn’t even begin to describe the burden that was put on your shoulders for this period of time. So try to enjoy the things we take for granted every day in your life a little more. Because life happens to everyone guys. The only difference is how we decide to react to it. So stay humble, driven, and determined no matter what your circumstances.
