I know this isnt going to be a popular opinion. But will someone in the sports media point out that Kevin Ward was the bad guy in all of this. What the media is doing to Tony Stewart is absolutely disgusting. Kevin Ward was the guy at the busy bar who accidentally gets bumped and does the punk whats up bro routine. Yes, what happened was a tragedy, but it was a 100% avoidable tragedy. Anyone who says Tony Stewart intended to kill this guy with his car (a guy wearing a black jump suit on a track with lighting that might be more sophisticated than my bathroom on a dirt track coming out of a turn not expecting the guy to even be out of his car) is an absolute moron. Another interesting question, does Ward even get out of the car if the accident is with anybody OTHER than Tony Stewart? Side note, I dont watch racing and probably wouldnt recognize Tony Stewart if he rang my doorbell looking for gas.
