Dont Succumb to these temptations!!! Stay focused, go to the gym, eat healthy and keep your goals in mind!!! Achieving your goals will feel far better than giving in to temptations of holiday foods and the winter laziness spell that gets a hold of all of us!!! I want to see your sore muscles!
