I know we often post appeals on here and many times you dont know what happened or if they got the help they need. The truth is, there are very few who have walked away from this group empty handed. The student at PHS and her family who escaped an abusive situation and needed a place to stay found one, and received a very generous boost from an anonymous donor to help them get into the place. Since then, you have responded with three beds, a couch, a living room chair, a kitchen table and chairs, dishes, cooking utensils and pots and pans, toiletries and food assistance. Two of the three are working full time, and their new abuse free life is off to a running start. They were VERY grateful, and wanted me to convey that to all of you. Well. Done. Mustangs.
