I know we were having a lot of people follow our Ads & we said we were going to stop posting and pushing them but since our recent move has seemed to come to a halt on agreeing contract-wise (yes, we went ahead and moved here before signing everything, and the price changed) so it has presented some challenges hence were prepping for another final move & listing everyone & everything again but at their FIRM prices... Majority of our horses are horses used in leases or lessons so theyre very well-trained. Weve priced them according to their training/breeding/etc. so please dont expect to get a $2,000 horse for $1,500 because we have taken a lot of time describing and trying to be as accurate as possible and the price difference even insignificant seeming has went into training, etc. We have people from Here to Delaware(even inquiries from California actually) who have bought from us so we would like to continue to have a great reputation. No rush to sell this time because if we do get into a bind at our current location we have friends & family who have gotten aggravated just watching us get frustrated waiting for the paperwork to get finalized so theyve all volunteered with land that if we absolutely have to we will just promptly move them to separate locations temporarily but were just listing who is available with descriptions for the upcoming riding season. Even after we move we intend on continuing to do leases and group rides but just listing everyone cause the less to move the easier, we do have a few current offers on the table moving wise so well continue to remain in the area for our boarders/lessees. We are also a rescue so some of the horses have adoption fees listed instead of prices and although it isnt close to what has been invested, weve tried to list as accurately as possible & of course a good home is a plus so we may be able to be more flexible since were a little more thorough on follow-ups in the adoptions. Our Trail Rides/Leases/Boarding/Sales cover our rescues and keeps us busy 24/7 so as far as getting what you pay for, we make it a point to follow-up with training even after you buy as well as anything little even down to tack-fitting for you & your horse if needed, we have had a few horses returned but 49 out of 50 horses we sell have been permanent homes so far & wed like to continue to keep that up.
