Heres an update from Dana Meier, the regional chief engineer for UDOT (who is a speaker at the SUBA Bike Summit on Nov 16!): The latest plan is to finish both Segment 3A (Airport Parkway to Warner Valley) and Segment 4A (Washington Dam Road to Sand Hollow Road) by the end of November. Both segments will officially open early in December. More good news...no chip seal will be used on the new sections of Southern Parkway!
