I know when I was running for congress and I read half of the 3200 page Obamacare legislation an implanted ID chip was mandated in the book I read. The one I read was not the one that passed. The one that passed was a rewritten senate bill, which they can not do. It also was deemed passed with a simple majority something else they can not do. I think the reason congress did it that was was so after it was passed the GOP who knew they would get unseated if they voted for this mess, could go home and say they voted against it now donate more so I can repeal it while taking donations from the Ins. and pharm. lobby who wrote the bill. Congress is working together and not for us, the corruption is off the charts.
