I know you are asking for advice and I respect that but is it really that difficult to post minging pictures in comments rather than the first post so people at least get a bit of warning? The latest has just made me spew up (no pictures though,sorry) Its not even a case of not viewing this group in a morning as the pictures appear on my news feed. I get you are asking for advice and I understand why you do post pics when worried, Im sure Id post pics too if I ever even looked at what came up from my lungs or stomach.......but, theres a nice way to post the pics that doesnt ruin everyones appetite and gotta say most of us have a crap appetite anyway that doesnt take much ruining. Not having a go, but as youre aware being sick isnt nice. On a second note, I wont comment on the pic as already hid it from my view and dont want notifications from it. But, I do hope youre feeling better soon!!
