I learned a lot of my base-line cooking skills working in my Dads restaurants or from my Aunt Illma, I picked up more refind tricks from Kim Payton. But the cool thing about cooking is you are always, always learning new things. All it takes is a couple of words from ReverendBruce W. Perry, Jack V. Butler Jr., Jamie Norwood, Jason Williams and I am spinning off in a new direction I hadnt thought of. That is the fun part of it, unexpected inspiration. I hope in turn I occasionally inspire or provide ideas and twists of my own for you all to use. Cook on my friends. :)
