I learned a valuable lesson today. Its something Ive been taught through the training courses Ive been taking but I hadnt actually experienced it until today. The lesson I learned is that you can never allow yourself to become addicted to an outcome. When you allow yourself to become addicted to an outcome and then it doesnt turn out as you expect it would, it can cause a shift in mindset from one of positive thought to one of disappointment, which in the moment, can be difficult to switch back. And in that moment of disappointment, negativity begins to breed. This can be a dangerous thing when reacted upon... and in an instant, can change the outcome of your entire future. With that said, I am continuing to learn and grow and sometimes I will fail, but I will never give up and I will, from now forward, make it a point to stop, take note of my mental attitude and expectations and make sure I dont allow myself to be addicted to the outcome. #thejourneytofreedom #personalgrowth
