I learned something new today... Today, I learned that I am my own motivation. I do not need any fitness quotes, motivational before and after pics, or anything along those lines to get me where I want to be. As I was working out today, I kept yelling at myself that I can do this. I kept telling myself that in order to achieve my goals in the future, I need to push myself and keep going. Right now I am weighing 190 pounds (Yes, I know, I really let myself go after high school). My goal is to lose 40 pounds in a 6 month period. Even though I started working out a couple days ago, I am marking today in my calendar as Week #1 of my Fitness Adventure.
