I learned today that a public explanation is required regarding my recent line of facebook posts. I didnt think I would need to provide one but evidently I do. Look, being positive is an excellent thing and there is nothing wrong with that. I just no longer need facebook to be my catalyst of happiness. For what may make me happy and feel wonderful about myself and my life may in fact hurt others. I noticed that many people use facebook to create an illusion about their lives to show how happy they are, when in fact they have lots of pain wrapped up inside. Dont you think its more effective to embrace your darkness and bring light to it, so in fact you can make real changes about your life? For me shedding light in the areas of darkness is a huge part of me, I have faced my demons and even still struggle with a few of them. Its the lessons they teach me is how I learn how to overcome them rather than bypass them and allow them to stretch further into my being. As for myself I have peace inside for the first time ever in my life, the external factors of our world is what drives me to madness. Sure I can meditate, ground, or do whatever to feel my connections with peace in the external world, however how do you create peace in world darkness? How do we get people to acknowledge that there are some serious problems we face as humans that we bypass each and every day. By learning, reading, speaking, and sharing we can learn how to overcome these obstacles together. That is what I want to use facebook for, shining light in the darkness of the world for it it time we all pay attention and start to take action to make our overall world a better place. So if your here expecting a free ride of good vibes I am sorry to say that time has past and now I am embracing the NOW, the way the world is today and each and everyday here after. No one needs to shit rainbows to heal from the pain, we must embrace it, know it, and really overcome it! Much love, Jamie
