I left the scene of this nightmare at 4:30 this morning. Shawn Petras and about a dozen more firefighters are still on the scene. I just spoke with him and this scene and especially the task they are left with now is very difficult emotionally for all of them! PLEASE lift them up in prayer! Pray that God give them peace and comfort, and that he will guide them swiftly through the recovery phase to ease the emotional fatigue and frustration they are feeling. Also continue to pray for the families who lost loved ones. Never easy, but to have this memory every Christmas is so sad.
