I left the shop early today so I could run to Kroger before - TopicsExpress

I left the shop early today so I could run to Kroger before heading out to our Unity meeting at church. While I was in Kroger, someone stopped me and asked me why I wasnt at the shop, when I explained that I was getting ready to go to church, he asked me you mean they will let you in church with that tattoo? I found this question to be a bit disturbing, and I feel the need the expand on this question a bit. I find it sad that ANYONE has the mentality that a tattoo will prevent you from being allowed in a church. So let me start off by saying this... The members of Freeman Chapel are my family, they welcomed me into their family the minute I stepped through the doors of the church. This, my friends, is what being a Christian is truly about..... The Bible says to LOVE one another (it is one of the most important of all commandments), you will not find anywhere in the Bible that says it is acceptable to be judgmental of each other. So, if you have ink, please dont think for one minute that tattoos are grounds for you to be unaccepted in church because it is NOT! The God I love and serve is forgiving and loving, so loving that He sacrificed HIS SON to cover our sins.
