I let my newest family member Sunny venture outside today. She was so happy, she rolled all over our steps. I see her look up and then stop. I look and theres a pitbull in our yard and a little wiener dog mix. I take her inside, I try to run the sweet little doggies off. As I get closer, I see that they are completely emaciated, hip bones, rib bones, & back bones are all very visible. My first reaction was to feed them but I was afraid theyd eat my kitties first. So I shew them away. And I am met with snarls, growls, barks, teeth and gums! Terrified, I turn to run and stop because they are chasing me. I turn and start chasing them. LOL! Idk how it worked but it did, they ran the other way. I will say this, the pit bull wasnt the aggressor, it was that tiny vicious wiener dog that wouldve ripped my throat out! So now that I am no longer shaking and over the sheer terror of the meanie weinee, I am going to go and feed them. If I was that hungry, Id bite your head off too!! FEED AND WATER YOUR ANIMALS! They need it as much as you do. Although I will be calling the owners and the humane society as soon as Im done.
