I like Arthur and find him entertaining at the very least....BUT...I believe that the Party Leader and the party executive made the right decision and sent a strong message.....we are not the UDP and this is not Dean Barrow.....nobody...and we mean nobody will be shielded when allegations of any type of wrong doing surface..... I really hope that Arthur understands and deals with this suspension without any petty resentfulness. It is his turn to prove himself a big man. The PUP has promised a new paradigm....service above self and justice for all....laws will be applied across the board and when it comes to integrity, every bucket must stand on its own bottom.... when you are part of an organization, whatever involves and affects you, affects and reflects on your organization..... I worked for the Police for seven years and although a thorough dig in my background might have turned up a few bones, for those seven years I made sure that I did not get so much as a traffic ticket...... had I been involved in even only allegations, I would have tendered my resignation immediately....This is serious business people, Belizeans deserve better and we see now not only a promise but action...... take note Dean, that is how you act...... removing Penner from a Cabinet in which the Constitution clearly states that he shall not be a part of is not acting, it is pulling wool over the peoples eyes..... get a pencil and paper and start taking notes....class is in!
